I can't launch VOCALOID2. Getting an error message: "CANNOT OPEN DATABASE!"

Below are the possible causes of this error message:
- VoiceDB is not installed.
- ExpressionDB is not installed.
- There is no "dbm2.dll" file in the folder where VOCALOID2 software was installed.
Please try the following steps:
- At the Setup Selection window of the Installation wizard, select [Custom], and click NEXT.
- Clear the check boxes for "VOCALOID2 Voice DB" and "VOCALOID2 Expression DB", and click NEXT.
- Follow the rest of instructions and FINISH the installation.
- Launch the installer again. At the Setup Selection window of the Installation wizard, select [Custom], and click NEXT.
- This time, clear the check boxes except for "VOCALOID2 Voice DB" and "VOCALOID2 Expression DB", and click NEXT.
- Follow the rest of instructions and FINISH the installation.
