VOCALOID v1 software (included in MEIKO/KAITO/MIRIAM/LEON/LOLA) and VOCALOID2 software are completely different software and they work independently. Therefore, you don't need to uninstall VOCALOID v1 when you are installing VOCALOID2 in the same computer.
