Each product in Character Vocal Series is a "virtual musical instrument" intended for music creation on computer. Therefore, it is OK you use it to generate synthesized singing, and you use such synthesized singing in your music for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

However, you need to contact Crypton Future Media for permission when you would like to use the Crypton VOCALOID2 characters, the title logos, or any derivative works of the Crypton VOCALOID2 characters for commercial purposes.
