About Loading Previous Project Files (Reminder)

In this version, when loading a project file (.ppsf) created in v1.2.1.0 or earlier for the first time, a data conversion process to the latest format will be performed. This is due to internal processing updates accompanying improvements in vibrato-related operations. Please note that the conversion may take longer than usual.

Due to the improvements in vibrato-related operations, the vibrato parts may change slightly when loading previous project files.

About SmartScreen Warning in Windows (Reminder)

In some Windows environments, a "Windows protected your PC" warning from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may appear when executing this update or launching the application for the first time.
This is a temporary occurrence due to the update of the application's digital certificate. Please click "More info" on the screen and select "Run anyway" to proceed.

■Bug Fixes

We have fixed the following two issues that occurred in Piapro Studio NT2 when using GarageBand on an Intel-based Mac or in Rosetta mode:

Piapro Studio NT2 freezes on startup.
The authorization screen cannot be displayed.

*Note: When launching GarageBand in Native mode, the authorization screen may sometimes be hidden behind other windows. If this occurs, please move the foreground window aside to proceed with the authorization process. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How to Apply This Update

Click on the "DL/LICENSE" button in the "LICENSED PRODUCT" page, and download the latest installer and run it to complete the update.

If you are using Piapro Studio v1.0.0.2 or later, you can also update the software from [Check for Updates...] in the [Help] Menu.

For macOS users

When using macOS, you may see a message asking to "allow the installation of a new helper tool" during this update. Follow the instructions, enter your password, and click the [Install Helper] button.

Notice

When using this product in Logic Pro or GarageBand on an Apple Silicon Mac, several limitations and issues have been confirmed. You can check the details here.

When using the applicable DAWs, we recommend launching the host DAW application in Rosetta mode by referring here.
