Jo-s played an integral role in the development of the infamous Hip-Hop label Rawkuts Records with his first release in 2000 entitled, “Desire / Beehive”. At the same time, Jo-s signed to Higher Education with “Turbo” - earning himself a remix by The Usual Suspects (Renegade Hardware, UK). Subsequently, Taciturn Records released his debut album "Firing Pin" in 2001 - A mix CD featuring 13 original Jo-s tracks which saw national distribution through Sony.

After 30 years as a successful performance artist, Jo-s has now shifted his priorities. Based in Tucson, Arizona Jo-s offers mastering and music education. As a professional sound designer, he has worked with such notable companies as In Music, LP24 Audio and the legendary Industrial Strength Records.
