1. Licensor grants to You, as the original end-user of this product("Licensee"), a license to use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions (including music for film, television, multi-media production) of recorded or live performances.
2. The Licensee may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within original musical compositions (i.e. when they don't appear in isolation or as sound effects).
3. Licensor reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. A right to use the Sounds is granted to the Licensee only and is NOT transferable.
5. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of these Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product such as, but not limited to, sample library product.
6. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.

Patchworx 11 - House Synths for the Z3Ta+ soft synth, is a collection of Bass, Pad, Lead, Synth and FX presets exclusively created by Justin Harris for Loopmasters. If you are using the Z3Ta+ synth and want a highly useable collection of freshly crafted presets from a top producer then this collection is for you.
Justin Harris has been active as a DJ business since 1987 and has been producing since 1994 in collaboration with Luke Solomon and under the names Robotic Movement, Free soul and Oliloqui for labels like Classic (Luke Solomon and Derrick Carter), Phono, 20/20 Vision, and SSR. Harris also works under the name Philippe Maurice but mainly to promote themselves as the duo Freaks and the acclaimed Music For Freaks label is both for diehard Deep House fans as for adventurous electronic music lovers.
The 64 Z3ta Soft Synth Patches included in this pack are comprised of 13 Bass Patches, 15 Pad Presets, 15 Lead Sounds, 12 Synth Presets and 9 FX Sounds - plus 64Midi Files.
The Patchworx series are brought to you by Loopmasters, and are a creative resource for producers who are looking to produce and perform their own musical parts, using genre specific sounds which have been designed by experts in their genre.
