If you like your house music deep, filtered, funky and maybe a little bit techy, Funky House Producer is your e-ticket to soulful satisfaction. Packing more than 1,500 samples into a single CD, including several ready-made patches for Reason's NN-XT sampler, this collection provides enough butt-shaking drum loops, bouncing bass lines and soul-approved guitar and piano licks to inspire a marathon set of floor-filling tunes. Loops range in tempos from 115 to 130 bpm, but they're Acid- and REX-ready so you can tweak them to the speed you need. The sounds and production would sound right at home on tracks put on by Om, Naked Music, Black Vinyl and NRK, but even if that ain't your style there are plenty of rock-solid grooves for building the foundation of your next house masterpiece.
