You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product such as, but not limited to, sample library product.
6. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.

What you get is 1.4GB+ of content served up as 755 total files that hold 565 WAV samples [395 loops (drums, bass, synths, effects, vocals), 170 one shots], 104 MIDI files, 72 Synth Presets (Serum 2) and 14 Sampler Patches (EXS, Kontakt). Everything is key and tempo (138-155 bpm) labeled where applicable and the audio files are delivered at a quality of 24bit 44.1Khz. The content has been exported as 2-8 bars long, plus dry & wet versions for bass, synths and vocals have been included where applicable, with one extra bar for those reverb/delay/release tails in the wet (with FX) versions.
Please note: The audio demo has been processed to sound loud, compressed and uniform. The individual sounds do not contain the same level of heavy processing and have been left as clean as possible to find their way into any project.
