1. Licensor grants to You, as the original end-user of this product("Licensee"), a license to:
-Use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions (including music for film, television, multi-media production) of recorded or live performances.
-Use the Sounds to synchronize in timed relation with audio/visual productions or applications, such as films, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, live performances, computer games and multimedia presentations.
- Modify the Sounds and may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within the productions.
2. The Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds to create a sound library that is relisenced to multiple third parties.
3. Licensor reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. A right to use the Sounds is granted to the Licensee only and is NOT transferable.
5. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of these Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product such as, but not limited to, sample library product.
6. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.

The first edition of the series is “Calm Waves” featuring a variety of Wave sounds recorded in different locations and surfaces including sandy coast, rocky seashore, pebble-filled beaches, jetties and silent shores.. Let the waves lap over you!
This collection contains everything from quiet calmly flowing bubbles to gentle ripples, small waves dashing against the rock to rising splashes, sizzles on pebbles to gentle laps in coves, soothing waves hitting into a shore as well as seawater flowing over the boulders. Each sound features a multitude of characteristics such as lapping, gurgling, bubbling, splashing, surging and many other forms.. Recorded with Rode NT4, Rode NTG-8, Audio Technica BP4025, Zoom F8, Tascam DR-44WL and captured in different microphone perspectives during different weather conditions and contains a variety of distance recording points for getting sound at close, moderate, distant etc.. to fit nearly every mood so you are free to use them depending on your needs.
In detail you get 65 wave sounds ready for use and all of the samples have been pre-cleared and are 100% original & royalty-free for use without any additional licensing fees and comes with an incredible sample rate of 192kHz/24bit to give you the best quality for extreme pitch-shifting and FX processing while keeping a top notch level of clarity and precision.
