1. Licensor grants to You, as the original end-user of this product("Licensee"), a license to use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions (including music for film, television, multi-media production) of recorded or live performances.
2. The Licensee may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within original musical compositions (i.e. when they don't appear in isolation or as sound effects).
3. Licensor reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. A right to use the Sounds is granted to the Licensee only and is NOT transferable.
5. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of these Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product such as, but not limited to, sample library product.
6. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.

Total Deep House contains over 370 pristine 24 Bit samples and one shots lovingly EQ'ed and treated ready to punch through any mix and add immediate weight and groove. If you’re a producer of minimal Deep House, Tech House, or a fan of artists such as Maceo Plex, Martin Dawson and Boise Noize, looking to lock in to that cool understated deep groove sound, then this pack has your name on it!
Delectable Records deliver a sample pack which draws inspiration from leading Deep House artists such as Maceo plex, Odd parents, D Ablo, Mark E, Boys Noize and Mic Newman, to bring you a collection of samples that is as full as it is wide, in terms of sonic interest and production versatility!
The collection builds upon its huge library of 15 custom built drum kits, each containing 10 or more individual drum sounds, with a selection of 39 inspirational Deep bass lines, over 120 synths loops of various bar lengths (4 and 8 bar), and over 35 seamless Vocal loops offering variations and components, useful for any type of EDM production.
In addition to this, Delectable Records have included almost 40 vocal one shot SFX, and over 30 synth one shots which are useful production elements able to sit at home in a whole spectrum of EDM genres.
All the sounds have been hand crafted with custom DSP routines, and treated with Manley passive EQ, along with Manley Mu limiters and compression, giving the samples high volume and wide headroom, while maintaining a clean and impetuous sound!
To guarantee a fluent work-flow, we have provided our samples in easy to use Apple AIFF and WAV cross-platform formats, along with precise key and tempo info in an intuitive file structure designed to help you find the sound you need fast.
