Live drum loops - 74 minutes’ worth - in both .wav and audio format on two CDs. All the loops are extremely tight, presented both dry and processed, and are classified by tempo. Various fills are available to sew into the loop progression, and these are named in the same manner as the loops themselves to make it clear which fills relate to which loop. You can also find a few individual hits, although these are oddly limited to a few snares, kicks, crashes and one tom. If we wanted to pick holes in this top offering, we would say that the ‘dry’ loops have been affected with some long reverb tails, so could muddy a mix when dropped in. All in all, an inspirational collection nonetheless.
