1. Licensor grants to You, as the original end-user of this product("Licensee"), a license to use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions (including music for film, television, multi-media production) of recorded or live performances.
2. The Licensee may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within original musical compositions (i.e. when they don't appear in isolation or as sound effects).
3. Licensor reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. A right to use the Sounds is granted to the Licensee only and is NOT transferable.
5. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of these Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product such as, but not limited to, sample library product.
6. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.

EDM Chart Hitters Volumes 1 & 2:
These two volumes include Construction Kits made for producers who want to make EDM chart-topping dancefloor music inspired by labels such as Spinnin Records, Musical Freedom, Revealed Recordings and Dim Mak.
Three Kits featured in volume one include vocals. With these Kits you will be able to produce Electro House, Progressive House, Club House and Big Room. Each Kit is provided with the BPM and presented with a full mix and its component parts.
All the Kits are recorded at 128 BPM and included are all the separate elements such as synth hooks, basslines, FX, and more. There are also included the MIDI files for the melodic parts of the Construction Kits. Each of these Kits is given its own unique treatment, to create a pack which has all of the unmistakable hallmarks of the genre but with a sound all of its own.

You'll get a total of 15 Construction Kits made for producers who want to make EDM dancefloor music such as Electro House, Progressive House, Club House, Big Room, and many more. Each Kit is provided with the BPM and Key information and presented with a full mix and its component parts.
All the Kits are recorded at 128 BPM and included are all the separate elements such as synth hooks, basslines, FX, and more. The drum tracks are also supplied separately (kick, snare, ride, etc.) for perfect drum loop mixing.
There are also included the MIDI files for the melodic parts of the Construction Kits.
