Samplestate is delighted to return with a fresh new product that provides a creative resource of pads, synths and textures suitable for deployment in almost any form of electronic music genre.

We created a pack that isn't easy to pigeonhole, or one that is constrained by any specific genre and used this freedom to deliver an exceptionally wide sonic palette of beautifully produced sounds. As the name suggests, we made extensive use of tape machines to add warmth, saturation, noise, and colour to our already experimental sounds.

From airy and lush analogue pads to spine tingling drones, to weird experimental textures, to modulated effects or glitched textures this pack has an abundance of creative and unique sounds to add that special texture or character to your productions.

We certainly feel these trippy sounds could easily lend themselves perfectly for dub techno, LoFi House or Leftfield House wonkiness but would be equally at home in a Drum & Bass track or used as sample sources within an ambient live performance.
