Omid 16B enlisted the help of his seminal House equipment in the production process including: SH101, TB303, Jupiter6, Juno60, TR909, TR808, TR727, TR707, Korg Volca Sampler, Korg Volca Drums and Korg MonoTribe - no remakes or software here, this is the real deal! Outboard Effects ensured a studio polish - with help from the Empirical Labs Distressor x2, Urie LA-12, Apollo16, DBX172 SuperGate, Alessis 3630 Compressor, Drawmer DL221Comp/Limiter and Korg AM8000R.
Omid 16B states: `My sole purpose was to create layers and layers of unusual harmonics whether it was drum sounds or musical content. It was important for it to have an air of mystery, yet strong enough for any serious producer to use within seconds of hearing it! It’s diverse in sounds and key structure, designed to cover most producer’s needs, especially the ones who are looking for something slightly different than what’s currently out there. My only rule was ‘NO VSTs’’.
