1. Licensor grants to You, as the original end-user of this product("Licensee"), a license to use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical compositions (including music for film, television, multi-media production) of recorded or live performances.
2. The Licensee may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within original musical compositions (i.e. when they don't appear in isolation or as sound effects).
3. Licensor reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. A right to use the Sounds is granted to the Licensee only and is NOT transferable.
5. This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of these Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any part of the Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product such as, but not limited to, sample library product.
6. Licensor will not be responsible if the Sounds does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee.

'Deep Tropical House 2' from Equinox Sounds features five relaxing deep and chilled Construction Kits inspired by the sound of Tropical House artists such as Thomas Jack and Kygo that are pioneers in this new sub genre of House. WAV and MIDI formats are included and all sounds are 100% Royalty-Free.
'Deep Tropical House 2' includes five Construction Kits inspired by the sounds of this new wave of chilled House music called 'Tropical House' that is perfect for Summer festivals and parties. This exciting new genre is attracting the attention of major labels, and gradually infiltrating the club and festival circuit.
Each Kit is provided with the key and BPM information and presented with a full mix and its component parts. The Kits are presented with seamlessly looped four bar loops for simple drag and drop functionality and also with multi-tracked WAV stems to give you more insight to how each track was constructed out.
All the Kits include all the separate elements such as synth leads and plucks, basslines, pads, drums, percussion, etc.
This collection also includes the MIDI files for the melodic parts of the Construction Kits.
Each of these Kits is given its own unique treatment, to create a pack which has all of the unmistakable hallmarks of the genre but with a sound all of its own.
