The following information represents the contractual conditions for the use of audio samples and sound data in any download product(s) (collectively, hereinafter referred to as "the Sounds") sold at SONICWIRE web site run by Crypton Future Media, Inc.
Please read the terms of the following End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By purchasing and downloading the Sounds, you agree to become bound by the terms of this Agreement and any new versions hereof.
SOUNDS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
1．The Sounds remain the property of its manufacturer and/or Crypton Future Media, Inc. (collectively, "Licensor") and are licensed to you as the original end-user ("Licensee"), for use subject to the provisions below. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Licensor.
（a) The Sounds in a category of 'Sample Pack':
The Licensee may use the Sounds in combination with other sounds in music productions (which include soundtracks of such as films, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer games and multimedia presentations), public performances, and other reasonable musical purposes within musical compositions.
The Licensee may modify the Sounds and may use the Sounds for commercial purposes as part of a musical composition with other sounds.
The Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds in "isolation" (I.e. when not within musical compositions and/or without other sounds) as sound effects or as loops in music tracks that will appear on a website or multimedia production or in any music or production libraries (I.e. Sample CDs and/or production music libraries) that are relicensed to multiple third parties.
（b) The Sounds in a category of 'Sound Effects':
The Licensee may use the Sounds to synchronize in timed relation with audio/visual productions or applications, such as films, video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, live performances, computer games and multimedia presentations.
The Licensee may modify the Sounds and may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within the productions.
(c) The Sounds in a category of 'Production Music':
The Licensee may use the Sounds as a music in the background of event or audio/visual productions such as films, video productions, radio/TV programs, and multimedia presentations.
The Licensee may use the Sounds for commercial purposes within the productions.
