(3) Using the works in a manner that damages the honor or reputation of the creator.
(4) Using the works in articles, videos, advertisements, or promotional materials that contain illegal, false, or defamatory content.
(5) Significantly modifying the works (excluding adjustments such as volume control, fade-ins, fade-outs, looping, or minor sound quality adjustments).
(6) Selling, renting, or transferring the works or their copies to third parties, or granting third parties permission to use the works.
(7) Allowing unspecified third parties to download and use the works or their copies via the internet.
Additionally, the purchased audio materials may not be used in content where music is the primary focus (e.g., background music videos for work or music videos).
