本製品に収録されているサウンド素材（以下、「本素材」といいます。）は、クリプトン・フューチャー・メディア株式会社（以下、「ライセンサー」といいます。）およびライセンサーが提携する者に著作権・著作隣接権が帰属します。本素材をご使用になる前に、このサウンド素材使用許諾契約書（以下、「本契約書」といいます。）が定める以下の諸条件をかならずお読みください。お客様が本契約書の諸条件に同意されることで、本素材はインストール可能となります。本契約書の内容に同意されないときは、本素材をご使用にならないでください。
１．ライセンサーは、本製品を正規に購入されたお客様（以下、「エンドユーザー」といいます。）に対し、エンドユーザーが行う演奏または制作する音楽原盤（録音物または録画物に収録されるもの、放送またはマルチメディアに使用されるものを含みます。）内で、本素材を複数または他の音とミックスして使用することを許諾いたします。
２．エンドユーザーは、本素材を複数または他の音とミックスすることなく単独で、または効果音として用いることはできません。
３．エンドユーザーに付与された許諾（以下、「本ライセンス」といいます。）のほか、本素材に関するすべての権利はライセンサーが留保しています。
４．本ライセンスは、エンドユーザーに対してのみ許諾されます。エンドユーザーは、本ライセンスを第三者に譲渡し、または担保に供することはできません。
５．本素材の一部または全部を、収録されている形のままあるいはフォーマットを変更した形の如何を問わず、第三者へ使用許諾、譲渡、販売、転売、再配布、貸与、賃貸、リース、送信すること、およびサーバーへのアップロードもしくはサーバーからのダウンロードを可能にすること、本製品の競合製品（サンプリングCDなどを含み、これに限りません。）に使用することは固く禁じられています。
６．ライセンサーは、本素材の内容がエンドユーザーの特定の目的に合致する保証をいたしません。
'Deep House Studio Works' is influenced by elements of Chicago House, Illinois through to Detroit. Melodic sounds take influence from Deep/Tech and Disco names such as Dusky, Hot Since 82, Kody, Robin Schult, Finnebasson, Larse, Miguel Campbell, Todd Terry, Mark Knight, Trentmoller, and pioneer Marshall Jefferson.
Created especially for Deep House producers searching for the authentic sound of the biggest labels in the genre including Spinnin' Records, Anjuna Deep, Toolroom Deep and Defected.
'Deep House Studio Works' has been created from ground up and consists of concentrated dissonant melodies and chromatic chords which underlie MIDI sequences.

The loop pack features 900 MB of content that will become vital in taking your Deep House productions to the highest level.
Sonic Range have included all the MIDI that was used to build the melodic loops so that you are totally unrestricted by musical key - if the WAV audio loop version isn't to your taste simply load up the corresponding MIDI file with your favourite VSTi and edit away!
The sample pack also features a fully comprehensive selection of Deep House percussion and drum loops and one-shots, sound FX, plus one bonus Construction Kit - all provided in high quality 24-Bit WAV format.
With over 900 MB of royalty-free samples recorded at 120 BPM, 122 BPM and 125 BPM which makes the Sonic Range 'Deep House Studio Works' the 'go to' pack for every producer and is fully compatible with all major music software.
